Rules of Conduct in the Home Rental Business

   

Members of Holiday House must good collegial behavior to other Members.

A Member must not in an improper way criticize a colleague, his work or business practices.

When a Member of the Association of Danish Holiday House Letters finds that a colleague has acted contrary to good business practice the colleague must draw attention to this.

If there is a collegiate dispute between Holiday House Letters they should, if possible, first try to seek an amicable solution to the issue.

A Member, who is bothered by another Member's behavior, may write to the Association of Danish Holiday House Letters’ Board with a request for collegial consultation. Similarly, a Member who is accused of bad collegial behavior may contact the Association of Danish Holiday House Letters’ Board with a request for collegial consultation. The consultations held between the Association of Danish Holiday House Letters’ Board, the person requesting the meeting and the Member who has been the subject of the request. The task of the Council is, as far as possible, to find solutions to resolve the dispute.

The above "Rules of Conduct in the Home Rental Business" was adopted at the trade association general meeting for the first time on 12 May 1997 and reviewed by decision of the General Assembly several times since.
